How Our Information is Verified

Every medical office, pharmacy, and hospital is directly contacted to confirm all information several times throughout the year.

Our "Listing Update" form, containing the current information we have, is faxed or emailed. We request that the information be reviewed for accuracy and any changes made. When information is added or changed, a "Confirmation Form" is sent to the provider to verify that their information has been recorded correctly.  One of our staff calls the small percentage of offices that do not respond after multiple "Listing Update" faxes.
