A: Launched in August 2010, TLBB Mobile is a downloadable application that includes The Little Blue Book and The Little Yellow Book reference guide information.
Q: What are the devices supported by TLBB Mobile?
A: Blackberry Bold, Blackberry Tour, Blackberry Storm (I & II), Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Android.
Q: What is TLBB Mobile Basic?
A: TLBB Mobile Basic provides information on the primary care doctors (ie. FP, GP, IM, Pediatricians, OB-GYN), as well as hospitals, pharmacies and health plans in that region only available in The Little Blue Book.
Q: What is TLBB Mobile Pro?
A: TLBB Mobile Pro includes The Little Blue Book and The Little Yellow book reference guide information and features frequent updates, fast searching and one-click dialing.
Q: What do I do if I forgot my password or User email address?
- A: Forgot Password - User is able to use self help function built into the application to reset password. A temporary password will be sent to the email address used during registration.
NOTE: Please check spam/junk folder. If user does not receive temporary password email, then the mistake is with the client's user email address (see below).
- A: Forgot User Email Address - If user doesn't have email address used to register for the mobile application, user must contact Customer Support at 888-290-5449.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription to TLBB Mobile?
A: As a valued customer, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your subscription to TLBB Mobile, the user can simply cancel the subscription within the application. The app will remain on your device as a basic subscription. If you choose to, you can delete the app from your device as well.
